I have never had to file an homeowners insurance claim and it can seem to be overwhelming at first, but my adjuster, Justin Morris, made this a smooth process. Not only was he empathetic to my situation, he was able to explain the claim process to me and elaborate on how coverage works and what would and wouldn’t be covered.
