I was born in August 2015 and joined my fur-ever family in October 2015 in Quincy, Illinois! I really, really enjoy taking walks or riding in the car! Visiting Starbuck for a “pup” cup is the dream! My hobbies are howling and squirrel chasing – I am exceptional at both activities. My favorite thing to do on the weekend would be to take a long walk in any park OR to go to the Newtown Dog Park in Johns Creek, GA!

Very friendly, willing to help and provide the best service. For example, in my home coverage the broker asked that my coverage amount be increased. Instead of jumping at the opportunity Mrs. Rose informed them that there was a clause that would cover restoring my home and asked if that would meet the requirement. I was impressed. Email response s and phone calls were returned timely, they explained info. and answered my questions until I understood. I will recommend that others speak with them about insurance coverage.

I have never had to file an homeowners insurance claim and it can seem to be overwhelming at first, but my adjuster, Justin Morris, made this a smooth process. Not only was he empathetic to my situation, he was able to explain the claim process to me and elaborate on how coverage works and what would and wouldn’t be covered. He was always readily accessible whenever I had any additional questions. Even when I didn’t call he was still able to check in with me on how things were progressing. I feel as though my claims professional truly cared and wanted to do as much as he could to make this a seamless process and he was successful.I loved how attentive and personable everyone was. Not only my adjuster checked in, but I also heard from his supervisor Yvette and my Allstate agent Richard Rose.
